We have been sharpening for many years but only in the last few years decided to do so professionally.
With knowledge accumulated over the years on being able to sharpen tools and knives to a high standard, it is known there is no right or perfect solution for sharpening.
But there is always better, as long as it's not wrong, then you will always have a nice, sharp tool &/or knife.
